Shipping information:

Your SlingRings will be shipped via the US Mail. You have the option of choosing First Class, Priority Mail, or Express Mail. US Mail is the fastest and most economical way to deliver the large majority of our packages. Most orders are shipped the day after they are placed. If back orders will delay the shipment of your package more than 3 days you will be informed by e-mail and given an opportunity to adjust your order.  Your shipping price includes delivery confirmation and insurance. Our shopping cart automatically calculates your shipping fee based on the product weight, and you can see an estimated shipping cost within the cart before you check out. 

Orders larger than 50 pair may take up to a week to ship. Orders larger than 250 pair are considered custom and will be made for you after you place the order. This generally causes a 7-21 day delay. Orders larger than 500 pair may take as long as 4-6 weeks to complete. Only a down payment is needed to hold your place in line. Please contact us for payment options on these orders.

International orders are subject to duties and taxes which are the responsibility of the customer and must be paid upon receipt of shipment. Contact your customs office for more information on duties, taxes and restricted products. These vary from country to country, and so we cannot know what they will be. Please let us know if you have a preferred Harmonized Tariff code for us to use, otherwise we use the code 8308908000.  The estimated time of delivery for International orders depends on destination. Orders are typically delivered within 7-14 days. It is recommended to choose priority shipping for orders larger than 30 pair, as first class international packages can NOT be tracked. International orders of 500 pair or larger will be shipped by courier.
